Always easy to get a call back and appointment if needed. There is no long wait as I have heard there is with other surgeries.

I still have an ongoing issue that seemingly cannot be resolved. It is treated as ‘minor’ but it has a huge impact on my life. I know Drs and Nurse Practitioners are very stretched but sometimes I would like more time and not feel like a nuisance. But overall very good service.

Most things Recengly you never gave me a perscription from hospital they showed me they sent it 3 moths ago awful

I have always found the initial patient experience to be very good.

I was pleased with a prompt appointment, but disappointed at the time and consideration to try and solve my very distressing medical condition. It seems like a more accurate diagnosis maybe a bit too much trouble. This is an isolated case as I have up to this incident found my personal health care very satisfactory.
